First off I tried searching the forums on this topic with no luck with my search criteria.

During my weekly feeding I noticed that the my pewter recieved a minor bite. It is located below his lower lip near the jaw line. He is still eating and drinking water fine, but I did notice a little swelling. The bite itself is just a quick nip, no gash or spewing blood.

My question is should I just keep an eye on him? Keep him clean and if swelling increases bring him to a vet?

The swelling doesnt seem to be affecting breathing or any thing.

Also thanks goes out to everyone that gave me advice on ridding mites from my collection.
