Every single genetic morph having to do with Hondurans are recessive traits, ALL of them. Certain aberrant anomalies are an entirely different situation altogether though. Some of these pattern mutations can be recessive, while most are known to just pop up for whatever reason(s) here and there.
The only weird single genetic milksnake trait that the heredity is not really understood at all yet is the T-positive albino form of nelsoni which has just recently been introduced into this country from Europe.
Most colubrid genetics is far different than many of the boa and python morphs, with many being dominant, co-dom, etc...
