>>I may be mistaken, but I don't think anyone has a complete and definitive explanation of the "Extreme" genetics and how to predictably breed for(or with) it?????
>>The Extreme Ghost,Extreme Hypo,And Extreme Albino's all have a different look and color. Not to mention Don Shore's Extreme Triple Homo.
>>I have an Extreme Tricolor Hypo that is colored unlike any Honduran I have ever seen.He was produced by Terry M's "Mystery male", this year he produced two Tricolored Hypo's and they are completely different, along with tangerine and normal albino's and triple hets. Why were'nt the albino's,snows or anery "Extreme"???Could they be "Het" for "Extreme"????
>>I bred a Falcon "Extreme"to several females and NEVER produced an "Extreme".
>>Anyone produce an "extreme" anery???? Why not??
>>I have alot of questions about this color phase and look forward to the breedings that hopefully will provide some insight.

Rodney, your questions are good ones. Maybe i'm missing something or have been out of touch too long but isn't the pivotal issue that "extreme" is a function of hypomelanism, a variant of the hypo trait? That's WHY there are extreme ghosts, and that's why no one has yet produced an "extreme" anery? (to be extreme it has to be a hypo; if it's hypo and anery then it's a ghost) an "extreme" amel would have to be an extreme hybino, etc) And "extreme" ghosts and "extreme" hypos and "extreme" amels all "have a different look and color" because the "look and color" of each of them--ghost, hypo, and amel--is modified if the animal is also extreme. Like i say, seems too simple, but that's my reaction. I'm not saying this answers all your questions but does it focus them any?
