Thanks for the info! And for saving that unusual black racer (one of the most depressing sights I've seen was a DOR garter that was gravid).



Is popping the same as in rat and kingsnakes? And is it safe to pop at this age?



I got this thing from PetSmart (saw it a month ago, and yesterday couldn't pass it up). It took a large pinky right away. There was another in the cage with it (didn't know they could be housed communally), and it looked like a regular pueblan.



IF I can sex it, I might try and find a suitable mate. This while having to reduce my collection owing to outside circumstances. Argh.
