Posted by: ZackHulihan at Thu Oct 15 00:44:06 2009 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by ZackHulihan ] So Today I came across a leucistic texas rat snake at work that had probably a dozen bright orange-red scales and yellow hue. I saw the animal at our store about a year ago and it had none of these traits, it was a snow white rat snake, pretty young. I also know of one of its siblings that has the same thing going on. Just wondering if this is normal in Leucistic Texas rats or if something funny is goin on with these ones? I'm not a rat snake guy (yet??) but this one caught my eye. Thanks [ Hide Replies ]
