First off, thank you for answering, I was scared I wasn't going to get any responses. When you say Centeral American, do you mean he is not a redtail? That he is a common boa? As I stated eariler, we've spend years reading about balls, and have not studied any on boas, just the ability to say, oh, that's a boa and not a python. Also, my husband and I haven't decided if we are going to keep this little guy, our biggest snake is our jungle x diamond, who is a little over six feet (though still growing). I don't know if I'm prepared for the massive beast a boa will become. My current goal is to get him/her healthy, then we will decide. Thanks for any advise.
