The previous rack I built I used melamine for the shelves. I was thinking of using MDF this time for the shelving since I can get precut pieces at my local Lowe's. Anyone have any experiences using MDF? Can I use it safely in place of melamine? Can I attach flexwatt directly to the MDF with aluminum tape safely?(I control the heat using a Ranco thermostat) | ||
