Very cool... looks like the white band at the top/back of its head has already filled in, that's a good start. Are its eyes unusually light colored, or does it just look that way because of the lighting? The iris on this one looks reddish brown to me, seems like they're usually very dark brown, barely distinguishable from the pupil.
