Ack, what is this tarantula??

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, I did not see an invert. forum!

My boyfriend really wants a tarantula (we have snakes, frogs and a beardie so we aren't TOO new to reptiles. I also work with very experienced herpers.) and my coworker told me to get this cool tarantula thats incredibly blue in color. I can't remember the name of it, even though its something easy, and its not a cobalt blue tarantula.

Also, how do I know what a good breeder is? I looked at the breeders listed, but I am so unsure or where or how to get this tarantula!
