It has the nutritional composition of various types of prey. I prefer to feed completely whole prey that includes all the legs for maximum calcium, intestines for probiotics and vitamins from consumed food, and hair/feathers for roughage. Your mileage may vary...In other words, I don't know if there is a simple black and white answer to your question. You can only gather information and then make the best decision for your pets.
