Please Tosha,

Search the congressional files and find the amended version. I found the original text with every avenue I took. Although the full Judiciary Committee approved Congressman Rooney's requested mark-up, all references I found show the original text. I will feel a whole lot better if you can find the amended version and post a link. Also, why would the bill move backwards from a full committee mark-up and vote to this subcommittee? The animal rights folks must have $ome $trong influence in the Judiciary committee to make this happen.
