I've had several amelanistic Nelsoni over the years, but none have demonstrated the ontogenetic change where the white bands change to bright yellow. They are a pretty ariation, and as I understand it, the change is not predictable...

I am curious if any of the T Nelsons will eentually have a similar change, differentiating themselves from the "normal" T animals.

Shannon Brown woke me up to the beauty of the T Nelsoni with his recent thread with all the high quality photos. I'm going to have to see one in person now -- they are really gorgeous snakes!

Thanks!

Dan
