I'm no expert on Morphs.. How do I know

Long time snake owner, but semi new to Ball Morphs. I would like to buy a Female "Lesser Platinum".

But I do not know the difference between just a "Normal Lesser", and a "Platinum Lesser". Is it something I can see visually, or do I just take someone's word for it when I buy one? I can't seem to see the difference.

What's the chances of someone selling me a Normal, and telling me it's a Plaatinum?
