You are damn lucky they arrived alive. Whoever the seller was needs to be hit upside the head for piss poor packing efforts. Punching holes in the box is one of the worst things to do. One might think it's a good idea for "air", but in fact it makes any attempts to insulate the box to keep the snake at a healthy temperature totally and utterly worthless because those holes let all of the heat out. Did the seller even bother to line the box with insulating Styrofoam sheets?
