I am happy to hear that they arrived alive - but you definately need to address the improper packaging and shipping with the seller. As well just because they look fine now doesn't mean that they are - keep an eye on them over then next couple of weeks for signs of developing illness. Unfortunately one of the biggest mistakes people tend to do when they get a cold snake is they heat it up too hot too quick which stresses out the system and causes more problems than a slow warm up. But balls are pretty resilient snakes and I wish you the best of luck with them.
