Find someone with experience to work with you. Where I live I have had the opportunity to help several newbies. It does not take long to help them with their hands on experience and it is worth making the contact with someone who has worked with hots. Really good handlers should not mind you asking for them to show you handling or moving techniques because we do not want you to make a mistake that may make us all look bad.
