Last year was my first year. A friend told me a system that worked well for me. I had 3 clutches totaling 17 eggs and had 100% hatch. I used a rubbermaid tub, put a brick in each corner and set light defuser on the bricks. Use a submersable aquarium heater and water to just below the light defusser. Put egg containers on the light defuser. I kept my herp room @ 80f and the inside of the rubbermaid @ 88f.
