For all my hatchling racks I use the disposable water bowls from superiorenterprise. (a small deli cup with a hole in the lid)
For the larger racks I use larger deli cups with no lid. Sized so there is enough room to climb over the rim but not enough to be able to tip it.
For the largest tubs and cages doggie bowls from the dollar tree.
