Worms for Beardie?

I own a colony of lobster roaches. My male bearded dragon eats the although some days he's not overly excited. I feed him roaches twice a week and he always has a fresh salad available to him. Recently I bought a pack of superworms. He went nuts, he couldn't eat them fast enough. I was told that they are high in fat. Is a once weekly feeding of superworms okay. Where can I buy good quality ones online
