superworms are not high in fat, at least no more than most insect foods. They can be fed a couple times a week no problem.



Other good feeder insects for dragons are butterworms, silkworms and hornworms (not wild caught, as wild ones are toxic!). Waxworms are high in fat and shouldn't be fed often, maybe a few a month if that.
