Making sure these "bans" don't remove that consumer base is key. Look at how many more households have reptiles in them now than they did 5, 10, and 20 years ago. There are simply more people that want these animals now than at any time in the past. It really does help that many of these ball morphs are at a price that the average consumer can afford one. I remember seeing photos of albinos and pieds back in the mid 90s and hoping that some day I'd own one. Even if I didn't breed them, I could still pretty easily have a few of them as pets, because they don't cost as much as a car anymore. | ||
