Bull snakes, racers, coach whips...all diurnal but not usually calm or handleable (although some bullsnakes have an OK disposition, a good portion are pretty flighty). If you could handle and observe the snake before hand I'd go with a bull snake--just wait till you find one that's calm. [ Hide Replies ]
