To resize a photo, need some kind of photo editing software. Photoshop is the big one, but most digital cameras come with their own 'mini' photo editor. All also come with a 'help' section and it should be pretty easy to search through the help section on 'resizing photos'.
If your camera didn't come with photo editing software, there are all kinds of shareware/freeware photo editors out there. An earlier version of Adobe Photoshop is available free from the Adobe website (www.adobe.com I think the site is). Windows XP and Vista have a built in photo editor which does resize, called simply enough, Microsoft Photo editor.
Photobucket and Flickr allow for larger images to be uploaded I beleive, so they are also an option if you don't want to go to the trouble of resizing pictures. ----- PHLdyPayne
