Oh, well... it looks like Nathan Wells probably gave you the story on that, anyway. I picked up a copy of Kenneth Williams' book recently, and counting the bands and scales on my "mostly" micropholis and comparing them to his data on micropholis and micropholis x andesiana intergrades fully supports the story that these are the offspring of a pure Ecuadorian micro and a Colombian intergrade. Maybe a little scale counting could shed some light on Andy's quandary... | ||
