as long as she is shedding fine, your humidity is fine. With your house humidity level higher then a typical dry house you can afford more air exchange while still maintaining decent humidity in the cage. The real problem with screen tops comes when kept in a significantly drier room and the relatively damp air escaping is being replaced with much drier air.
As to the exact number, I don't track actual humidity levels. Don't even have a hygrometer to check. With my dedicated rainbow room the humidity in there is always higher than the rest of the house. I keep the door closed to keep in the heat and humidity. Sheds are what I judge my humidity on. As long as shedding well, not retained, not tattered/brittle, humidity is at an acceptable level. ----- Thanks,
