Missing toenails?

Is it common for Cyclura to be missing toenails?I know they can get ripped out on hardware cloth ect.

Do they usually grow back?



I have an opportunity to adopt a yearling female Cuban ,she is missing toenails on her front claws,her toes are still there and there seems to be a little bit of nail coming back on some.



She seems healthy and has been on a good diet from what I know of.But if the nails dont come back will it impair her alot in the future?
