The nails likely will grow back BUT so what if they don't. It will NOT impair the lizard in any way. I have many lg breeders missing whole toes and it doesn't impair them. Unless it plays card games or sleight of hand magic tricks it WILL NOT STOP IT FROM DOING ANYTHING IT NEEDS TO DO...LOL
