There are reasons you must be 18 to buy a venomous snake. there is also a reason you must be 18 to vote. I would not call a 13 year old a 'fool' or anything else but i would say you sound a bit immature. Its awesome your in the reptile hobby and as addictive as it is dont overdo it. Death is only one concern when dealing with a venomous snake. dismemberment and permanent damage is almost always the case (if you survive) loss of fingers or even limbs are very common. I know you cant talk someone out of something they are set on so the only advice i can give you is if you want a venomous snake get one that is native. that way the hospital is likely to have sufficient amounts of anti venom. *shakes his head*
