I just realized that the sponsor of this bill is OUR idiot! (I know I may be tuning in late on that one.)



One thing that Andrew said last night that gave me hope is that if we can survive this one and the ones that come within the next year or two, we will be too well organized for it to happen again so easily.

Also, no matter what happens, let's make sure that we vote out Nelson next election. Even if the bill doesn't pass at all, if he's done it once, he'll do it again. Even if they remove boa constrictors, we have to let them know that we are with the python people.



Worst case scenario, if they shut us all down, let's still keep in touch via the forums at least until the next election so we can send a message by voting him out. If he were to lose an election because of reptile people, others may take more notice of us in the future. We all know the Big 9 are just a gateway to banning corn snakes and leopard geckos.



Stay with the python people. Even if they let boas off the hook, they'll be back on the chopping block again. Don't sell out the burm and retic owners!
