Though I understand the point behind the rewards...the feasibility of somebody coming forth to collect it is rather null. The people who definitely know it was a set up, aren't likely to admit to it. However, if you really want to prove it was stage, have that money go to hiring a private investigator in the Florida area who is not prejudiced either way about reptiles, so they can find out if it was a setup and expose the guilty parties.
