I sure am glad I read it before signing,lol



I DO support the importation of wc animals! For tons of reasons, but the one that comes to mind 1st is the fact that boas & pythons can be collect & sold alive means they are less likely to be killed to sell thier skins. & habitat my be less likely to be destroid if people are making money off of reptiles that live there.



Also, I dont think MOST herp keepers would turn thier animals loose if this bill passes. I think MOST of us care about native reptiles & other native animals too much to do that. Plus, our boas & pythons wouldnt make it long in most places in the US anyway, so turning them loose would be a slow death sentence for them. Saying most of us would turn our animals loose just makes us look like jerkoffs
