My store burned down recently, and while I saved most of my animals from the fire itself, I've since lost several animals from the effects of the smoke. It's been terrible. Unfortunately I now have the task of listing everything for my insurance along with "replacement" costs. As far as boas go, I lost 2 9' breeding females, a 8' female pastel, and about a 5.5' female snow. Obviously, it has been nearly impossible to find exact replacement animals to estimate price (especially this time of year), and since prices have come down so much since I got these as babies or juveniles, I don't even know if they are worth now what I paid for them. While these animals were in my store, they were my personal pets and breeders. If anyone has good estimates of their value, or if you could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
Also lost:
adult male black blood python
adult male yellow sumatran blood
adult female red sumatran blood
adult female rhinocerous iguana
sub adult male hypomelanistic brazilian rainbow boa
Thanks,
nate.
