This Goldman fellow certainly has an agenda. Obviously not unbiased. Certainly a conflict of interest if he is being paid by the daily "incidences" he reports to his handlers.
If I understand the testimony correctly, he was hired by Global Exotics as a "Veterinary Technician" and if the animals indeed were not receiving proper "Veterinary Care", I should think he would be the culpable party in this case.
Certainly, without a doubt, the animals will suffer much more, with much higher mortality, while in the care of those self appointed saviors. They have no credentials.
By the way, on a side note, I did not see any unhealthy or abused/neglected animals being removed from Global Exotics on the seizure video I watched.
Whether or not the Court recognizes these facts and returns the animals to Global Exotics, only time will tell. If I were a betting man and history was any indication, I'd have to be a skeptic and say no.
We shall see.
