Boa Breeding Question...

I have a couple of questions regarding breeding boas...I am a year away from breeding and what I wanted to know was what is the process after the female lays her babies? What is the best method to clean up all that goo and what is the process for the babies? Do you leave them to absorb their yolk if they are still in their sack? I have heard horror stories about losing a lot babies because of removing the umbilical cord and what not. If anyone could give me a brief run down of the process one goes through to ensure a safe and healthy birth and setting up babies or recommend a website I would appreciate it. Thanks!!!
