great job Jonathan. I haven't posted in a long time, but read the forums daily and that is the best written letter regarding this bill i have read to date.

I hope he reads it, but in all honesty, he's just another politician trying to secure re-election and probably depends on HSUS to help him with that.

Another point that haven't heard mentioned yet is, what do they think will happen to the millions of boas and pythons that will instantaneously become worthless overnight...i'd imagine that most owners will try to get to the everglades and release them to give them a fighting chance...can't imagine everyone will keep all of there snakes just as pets, with feeding costs and all.

I imagine that a majority of the snakes that are investments in breeding, would succumb to this fate, and exacerbate the problem going on curretly in the Everglades...essentially...exponentially worsening the problem that idiot thinks he's going to fix.
