You can put him inside a deli cup filled with moist Spagnum moss over night and all of the bad shed should be off. It works like a charm. I like to keep moist hide boxes in with all of my snakes. Cut the hole in the side of the tub so you don't lose the humidity that you are trying to create as fast. Hope this helps.
