The term is Gravid   
I don't know about officially but I would consider her gravid at ovulation. Once ovulation occurs, whatever will be is already in motion. ie changing males should make no difference at all in outcomes. Of course knowing when she ovulates is not always easy. Some like this one...

This was her third technical swelling and quite larger than the other two.
Male activity ended on or about that time.
She's now thermoregulating at about 87 degrees
