Actually, there's only 397 signatures "total"!! Seems to me there should be a LOT more, but that's how many there are.

That averages out to 8 per state. I didn't inclued Hawaii, because you're not allowed to have snakes there. BTW there's some states where "nobody" has yet to be that "first to sign". So, I don't understand why you're singling out Kansas....
