I've been working on a brochure for my educational reptile presentation business, which is designed primarily for elementary school students in Texas. I showed it to a number of teachers and faculty at the school I currently present to. Everyone loved the information and design of the brochure and I received only one suggestion, which came from several people: they asked that I include a picture of myself so that the decision makers and other teachers could see that I am clean cut and professional. They said that other animal presenters were sometimes scary (long hair, tattoos, wild beards, etc.), and they would feel more comfortable about the snakes if the presenter looked like a "normal person."
