INVERTED HEMIPENES

I know this problem is posted from time to time. I was moving my male Surinam Boa out of the female's cage. Even though they have been courting, I didn't observe anything going on during the past few days so I figured I would give him a rest. When I picked him up, his hemipines were inverted and hanging from his body.



What steps should I take to correct this? All help is appreciated.
