heating opinions please

Hello all, I am new to the BD forums and would like to know your opinions about heating. here is the situation my friend and I just built a new cage system for our dragons measurements are 2 feet high 3 feet long and 16inch depth rigged with ceramic sockets for heat and light currently useing an inferred day/night spot bulbs with 10.0 uvb/uva cfl. the temps in the basking spot are 97F and on cool side is 84F what would you adjust to maintane proper temps

and yes I know this is not proper size cage for adult dragons this cage system is being used to raise/hold younger dragons the adults cageing sysyem is currently being planned for construction
