I know this is a bit off topic as everyone is concentrating on the current constrictor bill but why is a supposedly defunct bill continuing to add names to it's co sponsor list? The last time any news about HR669 was heard last yr they only had about 15 or so names. Every time I check there are more. Now they have 39 co sponsors listed. I thought this bill was basically over with at least till another version is introduced/
