I find it interesting that reptiles are defined seperately from animals.....as if they are not animals OR that this bill is reptile specific. Although I suppose that is common lingo, here in West Virginia "wild animal" is defined as a non-domestic mammal; and every other taxa is addressed seperately and specifically.
