Excessively smelly poop especially if rather runny is a sign of parasites. Wouldn't hurt to to get a fecal if you feel your dragon's poop is more smelly than it should be.



However, dragon poop is nothing like blue tongue skink poop...not only does it smell it seems to have a rather oily aspect of it, like thick tar. No fun to clean at all, especially when smeared over some cage furniture.
