Voodoo economics. Sounds like an attempt at cost saving by the Feds. The elimination of a management expense through illegalization.

Without a crystal ball, who knows how expensive enforcement will be. The interdiction in trafficking of illegal drugs, weapons, and humans, among other things has not been cheap, by any means. Or, very successful for that matter.
