Offer as many crickets as he will eat in about a 10 minute period 2-4 times a day. Stick with the quarter inch or smaller crickets, half inch may be too big for the little guy right now. The crickets shouldn't be bigger than the space between the dragon's eyes.



Put the crickets in a ceramic bowl. At this size the crickets are less likely to jump out and your dragon can eat all he wants and the crickets won't end up hiding before your dragon can get a chance to eat them. You could put a dozen or more into a a small container or baggie (baggies work great as you can dust the crickets by shaking them in the baggie) pour a few into the bowl, let your dragon eat them then keep adding more till she stops showing any interest. Or just leave a dozen or so and come back a few minutes later and add more if none are left, if your dragon seems too nervous to eat with you hovering nearby.
