I would suggest that along with everything else you try find some med geckos... they are nationwide and non-native... and they work well to start most babies. You can buy them cheap when you can find them, or you can go on the hunt. I heard they are super easy to collect with long tweezers or forceps, they just sit there and let you pick them off (if you reach up with your hand they of course run).



Now it would not hurt to get some more native stock for scenting, but that is much harder unless you get to an area to collect them yourself.
