I keep both of my snakes on automated systems which keep a range from 79 to 90 in their tanks cold to hot sides respectively. That is a constant temp regulated by both light and under the tank heat pad on a thermostat. Most of their day heat is provided by the lamps and the night temp is from the UTH. I spot check using a laser thermometer throughout the day just to be safe. I keep it so they have a good movement range for thermal regulation. I will post pictures of their set ups when possible.
