Thanks again for all the advice from those who responded. (and those who might still respond)It seems the cost of license, even if unused, is a small price for peace of mind.

Its good to know that there is a real community out there and not just a bunch of self-motivated collectors.

Again thanks alot. When I return home, hopefully I'll have experiences and pics to share.
