for more than 4 hours, youre a badass. We Californians probably wander around the desert at night more than herpers from any other state, likely a product of the amount of public lands. Ive rarely been able to hike/hunt for more than 4 or 5 hours. Regardless, the light will run at 300 lumens for 8 hours, and its got a power meter. If I see that Im getting low, I can kick it down a notch, and still have more light than just about every other light out there. I really dont think I will need another battery.
